e.l.f. Baked Highlighter

A baked highlighter that gives a sheer, shimmering glow. Use it dry for a soft sheen or wet for a bolder, more intense shine.

• Sheer, buildable shimmer
• Use wet or dry
• Skin-loving formula

How to use: brush away the thin protective top layer before the first use. Sweep along the cheekbones, brow bone and cupid's bow.
