7-day return and exchange

You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the product arrived damaged,
  • you received the wrong product, or
  • the product is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.
  2. We confirm the return and arrange pickup or tell you where to send it.
  3. Once we receive and check the product, we send a replacement or refund.
